Refund Policy

The White Elephant Travels believes in helping its guests as far as possible and therefore follows a fair and flexible cancellation policy. Under this policy:

 

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the booking. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the booking has already been confirmed and more than 24 hours have passed.

• Requests for date or time changes for a confirmed booking must be communicated to us directly. We will try our best to accommodate such changes, subject to availability.

• In case of an error while making the payment, guests are requested to contact us immediately. Such requests will be reviewed and entertained only after verification from our end.

• Refunds, if approved by The White Elephant Travels, will be processed within 7 working days to the original mode of payment.

• No refunds will be applicable for same-day cancellations, no-shows, or services already provided.
